Hi! My order actually arrived at my door on December 5 in excellent condition. You shipped on Nov. 27 and I got it in PA (USA) on Dec. 5 which I think is AMAZING!!! The cats (8) are doing much better because of the Revolution. The scratching has STOPPED. I am looking forward to the next shipment in January no later than the 5th. Took a while to get but so much cheaper than the Revolution in the US and the same product. The cats are doing great now that their flies are gone!
