The items arrive in about 10-14 days as described. I have been purchasing Advocate/Advantage Multi for both cats and dogs for 3 years. This summer was the first time I was shipped the wrong product and I contacted the supplier and explained I should have received Multi and I had received the basic product. The shipment was then resent to me and arrived 2wks later. I am very happy with both Petbucket as a supplier and their product.
